At almost 4 miles long, Avenue de Daumesnil is the longest road in Paris. It joins Place de la Bastille and the Château de Vincennes. Every Tuesday and Friday, residents head to the Daumesnil market on Boulevard de Reuilly.

Access to the Daumesnil district is primarily via Daumesnil station, served by metro line 6. Alternatively, you can follow or cross Avenue de Daumesnil using line 8 (Porte-Dorée, Michel Bizot, or Montgallet stations) and line 1 (Gare de Lyon or Bastille stations). Both residential and commercial, the area has many amenities: grocery stores, convenience stores, bakeries, newsstands, fresh produce stands, etc.
