We guarantee to respond to any request within 24 working hours. Paris Attitude also offers you the possibility to make last-minute bookings for medium or long stays. Your requests are processed as quickly as possible.

How to recover my password if I forgot it?

To reset your password, go to www.parisattitude.com, click on the Profile icon, then enter your email address. Next, select "Forgot password?". A verification code will be sent to you by email: enter it to set a new password and regain access to your online account.

How to Get Listed on the Paris Attitude Website?

Do you want to offer a furnished apartment for rent in Paris or its nearby suburbs? To get listed on the Paris Attitude website, simply fill out the Owner Form available at List a Property or contact us directly by phone at 01 76 21 57 94.

An advisor will get in touch with you to assess your needs and schedule a visit to your apartment. During this visit, they will take professional photos of the apartment, conduct a virtual tour of your property, agree with you on the rental conditions (duration, rent...), and provide you with a management mandate to be signed electronically from your account.

Once the mandate is signed, we will take care of drafting the listing, submitting it to you for approval, and upon your agreement, we will handle its online distribution and search for a tenant for your apartment.


How to Rent an Apartment?

After finding the ideal apartment, simply follow these steps to finalize your booking:

  1. Fill out your tenant application online.
  2. Choose your payment method to make the prepayment of your deposit (credit card, Paypal or bank transfer).
  3. Sign your rental contract online.
  4. As soon as your request is accepted by the owner and your deposit is received by our team, your rental is confirmed!

What documents are required?

Our role is to help you build a solid guarantee file so that the apartment owner is reassured about your financial ability to pay the rent amount.

We ask you to provide us with the following documents:

  • Your identity card / passport or residence permit as well as for all adult occupants,
  • Tax notice or employment contract,
  • Proof of income,
  • A proof of residence.
  • If you are a student, you will need to provide us with a school certificate, and the documents of your guarantor if you do not have the necessary income.

The sending of these documents will be done securely during your booking process. Please note that providing false documents is punishable by three years in prison and a fine of €45,000, according to Article 441-1 of the Penal Code.

If you wish to pay the full amount of your stay in one go, we will only need your identity proof front and back.


Is it possible to visit the apartment?

In addition to the many high-quality professional photos available in all our listings, a virtual tour is available for most of our properties. This is ideal for envisioning the space as if you were there, without needing to travel!

For a stay of more than 5 months, you have the option, at the time of your booking, to request a visit to the property in the presence of one of our advisors. Please note: while waiting for this visit, the accommodation is not reserved for you and remains available for other tenants.
