Furnished apartment - 63m² - 2 bedrooms - Tour Eiffel - Paris

Our 21-day stay at this beautiful fully furnished apartment exceeded expectations. The train was delayed and we appreciated Paris Attitude being patient to complete the check in process in person. The apartment is in a wonderful neighborhood, a few blocks from Rue St Cler, and had everything we needed within steps from the apartment entrance. We appreciated being near the Metro station and close enough to the RER train station to walk. The communication with Paris Attitude was good, but better yet was the communication with the owner when we needed assistance. The owner was responsive and resolved our situation quickly. The apartment was fully stocked with high quality linens and kitchenware; we thoroughly appreciated having a printer to use during our stay. The apartment was extremely clean, as was the entire building. The bright and cheery apartment had a fabulous view of the neighborhood rooftops resulting in some outstanding photos. We would definitely return to this apartment and highly recommend it to others. The apartment is perfect for a family or two couples sharing the space. We appreciated the thorough apartment information book that was comprehensive and helpful to enhance our stay. The only negative comment is the lengthy check in and check out process through Paris Attitude. We understand it is standard procedure for Paris Attitude, yet it seemed more appropriate for a longer-term rental. Deposit was returned on the 31st day after our departure.

This is an excellent apartment; great location, especially having a grocery store right next door! I also appreciate that it is available for one month instead of many of the other apartments on you website which require two or even three months. Learning how to operate the cooktop was a challenge because the check-in person didn't explain it, but we managed eventually with the instruction booklet. Bathroom shower is a challenge to avoid getting water on the floor because the glass "wall" is too narrow. Our Paris Attitude contact, Elhadji, has been excellent; always responsive and helpful! I was surprised at the size of the "Paris tax" about 650 euros, which I have never had to pay in several summers of using Paris Attitude. If this will be charged next summer, you website should make it clear in advance. Thank you for an excellent stay in Paris, David Shilling. This apartment is in an excellent location with restaurants and a grocery store right next door. Quite spacious and very quiet, I have only one complaint: the shower is almost impossible to use without getting water on the floor. An easy fix would be installing a shower curtain. That would make this very good apartment into a perfect place to enjoy Paris. David. Lots of frustration trying to get an apartment in the 6th Arend. for Auguast/Sept, but very happy with the apartment I got on short notice in the 7th for end of May and first half of June.
