Lilian: Incredibly beautiful apartment. Everything renovated, new and clean. Ideal for a longer stay for one or two people, possibly 3 people. Safe environment. Concierge present in the building. All facilities are present. A private room with different rooms, separate kitchen, lounge, bathroom and toilet. Very pleasant, peaceful environment, without tourists, very authentic with local residents like in a villag e in acrowded and busy Paris. Butte Montmartre, looks like the back garden of the Sacre Coeur. Below the apartment complex is an Auchan supermarket. Parking in front of the apartment available. Paid parking, but an extra parking space is reserved for residents of the complex below the complex. In the street there is a theater, the Pathé film academy and also a school for artistic education and creative activities. There are many greengrocers, restaurants, brasseries and cafés in the surrounding streets. The area is artistic and alternative, as Montmartre is known. It's a nice place to work and study, but also to rest and relax. The subway is around the corner, with good connections. Lilian: I had a fantastic stay for several weeks in the apartment, 17 rue Francoeur, 75018 Paris. Beautiful apartment. All renovated, new and clean. Ideal for a longer stay for one or two people, possibly 3 people. Concierge in the building. Entrance code and elevator. The apartment is very well equipped: washing machine, dishwasher, TV, internet access. Everything is present and new. There's a living room, bedroom, separate kitchen, bathroom, toilet and balcony. The area is very pleasant and quiet, with no tourists, and very authentic with its inhabitants, like a real Parisian village. The Butte Montmartre, a stone's throw from the Sacré Coeur. The Auchan supermarket is just down the street. What's more, there's a parking lot in front of the building. Pay parking, but an additional parking space is reserved for building residents in the underground garage. Rue Francoeur is home to a theater, the Pathé film academy and a school for artistic education and creative activities. There are numerous greengrocers, restaurants, brasseries and cafés in the surrounding streets. The neighborhood is artistic, alternative and very hip. A place where you can work, study, relax and unwind. The metro is nearby, with excellent connections. Lilian: Ongelofelijk mooi appartement. Alles gerenoveerd, nieuw en schoon. Ideaal voor een langer verblijf voor één of twee personen eventueel 3 personen.Veilige omgeving. Conciërge in het gebouw aanwezig. Alle faciliteiten zijn aanwezig. Een privé ruimte met verschillende vertrekken, aparte keuken, salon, badkamer en toilette. Erg aangename, rustige omgeving, zonder toeristen, maar authentiek met buurtbewoners als in een dorpje in het overvolle en drukke Parijs. Butte Montmartre, als het ware de achtertuin van de Sacre Coeur. Onder het appartementen complex is een Auchan supermarkt. Parkeerplaats voor het appartement aanwezig. Betaald parkeren, maar onder het complex is ook een extra parking gereserveerd voor bewoners van het complex. In de straat ligt een theater, de film academie Pathé en ook een school voor kunstzinnige vorming en creatieve activiteiten. In de omliggende straten zijn vele groenteboertjes, restaurants, brasseries en cafés. De omgeving is kunstzinnig en alternatief, zoals Montmartre bekend staat. Metro dichtbij met goede connecties. Heerlijk vertoeven. . I had an intense experience for health reasons, but above all unforgettable for the beautiful location, in a neighborhood that I like enormously, in a beautiful apartment that gave me everything I needed.
